Why was this conversion rounded to only two sigfigs for?

750 (1L / 20.0km)(1.057 qt / 1L)(1 gal / 4qt)(2.95 / 1gal)= $29...I thought it's supposed to be rounded to 3 sig figs, not two..Help me understand please.
