Why do most white people always pull the affirmative action card when not hired?

Most of the white people I've talked to tell me they were disriminated when on the interview. They point fingers at everyone else and blame the black man for taking their job.. It could be the way you intervied,your personality or whatever it may be you do not pull the afirmative action card as a net..why do most white people blame blacks for thier misfortune?
