I still dont know whether he likes me or not?

we had been frnds since 3 yrs..then suddenly i realised that i have more feelings for him..he used to tease me a lot and talk to me a lot,but recently a common frnd told him about my tru feelings for him..but he didnt say if he had anything for me too...yet my frnd said he had blushed a lot!!!..and now he behaves strangely,,sometimes he behaves normally,and talks to me on his own..but at other times, he just ignores me specially while at work..i feel very bad then...but i need to kno his feelings....even now,he givs me free help!
