How do I clean the insides of my shoes?

Okay, buy this low cut socks.. Its a sock that ONLY covers your toe & your heel... You can find it at shoes stores.. Wear that.. & the cleaning part, get a toothbrush & a white toothpaste.. It works wonders also it smells minty.. Im not kidding, i've tried this because i saw a video once that said white toothpaste can clean white shoes like sneakers..etc.
