What to do?I hurt to sit tht long?

I have cont ed and the cles are 7 hrs each ,I have recent back trouble with a cyst and arthrtis on my spine and hurting to sit tht long.And I cant stand tht long either .On the cont ed we get to do some on the net and it says in a med condition they may waive ect the cont ed.But I called and they said u do it or lose your license.What to do?
