My name is on a loan as a co-signer. But I never signed. Am I liable?

No, you're not liable if you didn't sign. But you need to tread carefully, because if your relative accepted the loan with the knowledge that you weren't going to sign and that they weren't qualified for it, the relative could conceivably be liable for fraud charges.
