How on earth can he say this now?

ive been married 14yrs, we both have children from different partners none together, my husband never wanted a joint bank account he paid the mortgage i pay for everything else ie food, cars, going out, clothes, furnishings for our home etc, over the last 4yrs his business is getting worse and so is he, he is very resentful towards me because i earn very good money to the point where he has been nasty towards me and my children in fact he is hateful and admits he doesn't even like me, so ive asked for a divorce now he claims ive mugged him off monetary, ive been the one who wanted to be a team half/half ive never asked him for anything , he doesn't a divorce, he wants to share now and i deal with all the fiances after the hate towards me i don't think i can forgive him, help what do you guys think, im i wrong
