Ramp plans for a half pipe with spine in the middle?

im a biker and i want a halfpipe with a spine in the middle. i want it either 5 or 6 foot and like 12 to 16 foot wide. also i need to know how much supplise and the cost. im on a tight budget so it needs to be a reasonable price. Thanks guys
