Why are girls soo beyond obsessed of twilight movies? Who's tired of them?

i'm not trying to be a hater but why are girls so ******* obsessed with the movies....like at the mtv movie awards they won twice in a row in two years beating out other great movies and it was also nominated for the # 1 best movie EVER!!!. I gotta ask but do you really think that this is the best movie in the world like best of the best of all movies? for example Do you think that this movie beats out clics such as "titanic" "independence day" "all the terminator movies" "romeo & juliet" "Avatar"? or other clic movies? Like i said i'm not hating i'm just asking.
