Pinky red spotting at 32 weeks?

earlier today i had a pinky red spotting like blood, i have had pains in my back but i am suffering with spd so they could be related to that, i am getting sharp pains in my pelvis area every now and then but nothing regular, but am getting a little concerned as well the back pains are getting stronger, Baby has been moving around alot, this is my 4th pregnancy but i have never in any of the others spotted, and it is 9 yrs since i was last pregnant so this kind of is like a 1st pregnancy if you know what i mean, has anyone else had this, I am a bit wary of wasting the hospital time as well i have had alot of braxton hicks this pregnancy and i was rushed in 3 weeks ago with regular pains and tightnenings but they eased off and i had a neg ffn test done. baby is moving about as normal so i know she is fine..
