Has anyone heard of this lifetime movie...?

I remember watching it at least 5 years ago on Lifetime. It was about a woman named China looking for a kidnapped girl named Ariel and ends up getting captured herself. I don't know what relation she was to the little girl. Does anyone remember this movie?
