Are the Islanders going to move to Kansas City?

I live in Mo right now...Not by choice the army moved me here, I have no idea how a NHL team in K.C would work, the Blues have a hard enough time filling seatsin STL . I dont think hockey belongs in K.C, and as far as the rivalry goes I would like to see the Islanders stay in Long Island..
